Shipping
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Check your shipping email for your tracking information.
Once an order is placed there is no promise that we will be able to update your order. Orders are processed once they are placed. Please be sure to use the correct shipping info and select the correct size before completing your order. If an order is lost due to an invalid shipping address we will not be able to refund that order.
During our Black Friday sale please allow us several business days for your package to be processed and shipped. We will do our best to get as many packages shipped per day but due to high order volume there may be delays. If an order has a sold out item the item will be refunded and the rest of the order will be shipped out. We will not be able to make any updates or cancel an order after it is placed. If there is a sold out item on your order due to a warehouse discrepancies the item will be refunded and the rest of your order will be shipped out for you. Due to the high volume of orders we will not be able to substitute the sold out items during this time.
