ORDERS & SHIPPING

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Just find your favorite pieces, select your size & color, and click the "Add to cart" or "Buy now" button. When you're ready, follow the checkout steps. Easy as that.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Once it's on the way, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow your gear's journey straight to your door.

Q: What are your shipping options?
A: We offer standard, expedited, and international shipping. On the checkout page, you can choose the option that fits your schedule and location.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. Delivery time may vary in different regions, but generally will not exceed 20 days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We're global. Wherever you are, we'll get your drip delivered.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: If you have an account, you can login and click 'Track' to see your order tracking details. If you purchased as a guest, then you can view your tracking information here.

A: Items must be unworn and unwashed with their original packaging and tags.

Q: How do I make a return or exchange?
